Q: Can I pay over the phone/by cheque/.

A: We can keep our prices low because our order system is so automated reducing the amount of admin time needed to process orders. We are happy for you to pay over the phone, by cheque or bank transfer, however we may charge a surcharge for this.

Q: Do you really need artwork in the format described in The Artwork Guide?

A: Yes. In order to be able to process your order in the fastest possible way your artwork must be to the specification we ask for. If your artwork doesn't meet this specification it is likely it will affect the delivery time and we won't be held responsible if it looks rubbish when you receive it.

Q: I want to know what my artwork will look like before printing, can you do a proof?

A: Yes. Just get in touch. There may be a small cost for this service.

Q: Can I have some samples?

A: Not a problem, just fill out our Sample Pack request form.

Q: Can I have some printing that is 10x13.2cm?

A: We can cater for a large range of bespoke requirements. Just get in touch for a custom quote.
